VA Live Concert Management

VA Live Concert Management is a staff application for managing concert enquiries, confirmed shows, scheduling, travel, production and finance. Access to concert records and actions depends on the staff member’s assigned role.

Optional Google Calendar connection

Eligible staff can choose to connect Google Calendar. The app creates a separate VA Show Calendar and synchronises confirmed shows with exact dates. Events include the city and country, show date, event type, production/client name when available, a business reference and a link to the protected show details. The calendar integration does not copy financial amounts or main-contact details into events.

The requested Google permission is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.app.created. It allows the app to create secondary calendars and manage events on calendars it creates. The integration uses its own calendar, not your personal calendars or their events.

Calendar connection is available to enabled Owner, Artist, Guest Admin and Date Planner accounts. Google consent does not grant staff access to the application.

This information concerns Live Concert Management only. Music integration is deferred. Concert documents use the official Dropbox connection, restricted to the VALC Concert Files app folder. Staff file access remains controlled by their application roles.
