Service terms

VA Live Concert Management is intended for authorised staff carrying out concert-management work. Use only your assigned account and permitted functions. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse another person’s information or upload material you are not authorised to use.

Keep concert information accurate and review important dates and arrangements in the application. Calendar events are a convenience copy: updates and cleanup can be delayed or fail, and a calendar event is not a contract, payment confirmation or guarantee of availability.

Google Calendar connection is optional for eligible staff and requires individual consent. Review the Privacy notice for the requested permission, processing and disconnect limitations. Google services and account controls also apply. These pages do not represent Google endorsement, production approval or a promise of uninterrupted service.
